Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gymdady. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the items back to us. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Any items that are not in their original condition or that are missing tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. International customers must follow the return process and place a new order for any items they wish to exchange.
